Hate to burst your bubble HMC, but this isn't a movie trailer. It's just a few random clips from stuff that is war related. A lot of those clips were from this short film made by bungie. I don't even think that all of those clips were halo related at all. Some were from the halo 3 trailer, random halo 3 gameplay, etc.
Here's the video they took from: (NOTE: There are many videos out there for the arms race, even this one has the uploader thinking there will be a movie. If there was goign to be one, there would be news flooding the net.)

I love that vid, but it are old, I favourited a long time ago.

I'm not saying it's a bad compilation, fun tow atch. Just don't want anyone to go flooding the internet with false theories.
But really, the creator should've at least used ALL halo-related clips. Id you look at a lot of those clips they have NOTHING to do with halo.
